Suzanne has overall responsibility for all aspects of practice administration and finance, she facilitates the Fairfax House Patient Forum and also deals with patient complaints.
Deputy Practice Manager:
Jackie Bailey
Jackie assists the practice manager in the day to day running of the practice and is also responsible for the practice payroll and accounts.
Reception Managers: Allison Trevor and Marie Witherington
Allison and Marie are responsible for the day to day management of the reception and dispensary teams.

Reception duties include booking appointments, greeting patients, dealing with queries, handling requests for repeat prescriptions and dispensary duties.
Administration Manager:
Trina Sallabanks
Trina is responsible for all secretarial duties within the practice, dealing with general correspondence and queries and data entry to the computerised system as well as insurance reports and the Choose and Book system for referrals. Trina is also responsible for the day to day management of the administration office and her team includes:
IT and Data Co-ordinator:
Sarah Baxter
Sarah deals with the day to day running of IT at the practice. She also oversees practice compliance with the Quality & Outcomes Framework (QoF), and Information Governance.
Administrative Assistant: Pat Greenhough
Pat deals with the registration of new patients and ensures that test results are entered correctly to the computerised system. She also recalls patients for clinic and assists with Choose and Book.

Practice Nursing Team
Practice Nurses:
Linda Leech RGN, ENB Dip Diabetes:
Linda is the Practice Nursing Team Leader. She also has a special interest in diabetes and runs the weekly clinic with Dr Griffiths.
Christine Hamlet, RGN, Dip Chronic Disease Management: Chris has a special interest in asthma and COPD.
Lyndsey Wilson, RGN: Lyndsey has a special interest in sexual health and also runs our cardiovascular screening clinics.
Susan Kelly, RGN, RM, Dip Asthma, Dip COPD: Sue is a nurse prescriber, she runs weekly CHD clinics and is currently undertaking her nurse practitioner training.
The practice nurses are available for minor illness treatment and advice, health promotion, travel and other immunisations,
cervical cytology and family planning, as well as running clinics for long term conditions such as diabetes, heart disease or asthma.
Our nursing team also offers weight management and smoking cessation advice. All of our practice nurses are able to prescribe
medication for some ailments including sore throats, coughs and colds, earache, eye infections, stomach upset, sprains and strains, urine infections, rashes and skin complaints. Please ask the receptionist if you are unsure.
Health Care Assistants: Sue Jolley, Angela Ball
& Marie Witherington
The HCAs are able to take blood, check blood pressures, heights and weights as well as carry out other duties including ECGs and
anti-coagulation monitoring. They can also administer influenza and pneumonia vaccination. Angela advises on weight management, whilst Sue and Marie offer advice on smoking cessation. The HCAs will sometimes act as a chaperones or assist the doctors or nurses during clinics.
Community Nursing Team
The PCT employs healthcare professionals who work from the practice to provide care for patients in their own homes. This team includes district nurses and health visitors, supported by healthcare assistants and a nursery nurse.
Midwife:

Lorraine is responsible for teh care of mother and child before, during and after pregnancy.
